Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, Return is applicable only if damaged product is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Exchange

At Nanak Surgical Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable”.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with supporting images if applicable.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you in such cases.

Refund

Refunds will be made in case replacement is not possible.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, It will be automatically processed within 2-3 days on your original payment method payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
